I am a Behavioral Therapist and Fitness Coach (MSS, BSc, CHT) who uses evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Behavior Change Techniques (BCTs), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), clinical hypnotherapy, Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), etc., and incorporate fitness training into therapy sessions to help you work through life’s challenges to feel calm, confident, and alive. 

In-person & Online Delivery

I am based in Hong Kong and available for professional therapy and fitness training in English, Cantonese, or Mandarin virtually, or in person at Precision Fitness HK.
